Common questions
Where do the measurements start from?
Horizontal distances are measured from the left edge you used when measuring the wall. Vertical distances are measured up from the floor. Each coordinate marks the hanger's support point: where the hook, wire or ring actually rests, not the frame's edge.
I bought Pro but it shows as locked
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Pro is tied to the Apple Account that bought it, so make sure that account is signed in under Settings → App Store. Family Sharing members get Pro automatically once sharing is turned on for purchases.
AR says it isn't available
AR preview needs an iPhone with ARKit world tracking (iPhone 8 or later) and camera access for WallHang in Settings. If AR isn't available, the photo preview still works: add a straight-on photo of your wall and WallHang overlays your arrangement on it.
Are the photo and AR previews accurate enough to drill from?
No. They're visual previews. The hanging plan and the PDF measurement sheet use the dimensions you typed in, and those are what to mark the wall from. Always check marks with a tape measure and a level before making holes.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is stored only on your iPhone. Delete a wall from the home screen, or delete the app to remove everything. There is no account or server copy.
